Babe's Skein Dryer/Blocker

1. Put the two tee pieces or bases on the floor.
2. put on the piece that has a tee on each end.
3. Put the long 3' pieces in the tees.
4. Put on the piece with elbows on each end.
5. Put a piece of rope through the piece that has Velcro on one end.  Use it to pull down skeins fi you want to set the twist for warp.
